- Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Commercial Industry, experienced in managing commercial, retail and mixed-used projects with strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor PrQS with SACQSP – essential.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience, with substantial exposure to commercial, retail and mixed-use developments.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver the full QS
- Strong commercial, contractual, financial management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff.
- Established professional networks and business development capabilities will be
- Excellent communication, client relationship management and organisational
- Willingness to travel to client premises and project sites as required.
- DimX and WinQS experience.
