- iqbusiness is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Programme management experience for contracting opportunities.
- The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes. You will need to take ownership of a multi-workstream programme with significant business and technology dependencies, engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes.
- Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance (VAF), or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a large, complex programme and provide strong programme leadership
- Lead multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies
- Engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and budgets
- Coordinate multiple business and technology stakeholder groups
- Operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
- Drive the programme through to measurable delivery outcomes
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes
- Successful delivery of multi-workstream programmes with business and technology dependencies
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, budgets and multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong track record of driving programmes through to measurable delivery outcomes
- Ability to operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
- Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / fleet management, or credit decisioning and scoring platform transformation (advantageous)

- Matric (required)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or recognised certification from an accredited institution)
