- Relevant three-year tertiary qualification with higher tertiary qualifications e.g. B degree will be given preference
- Minimum of five 5 to eight 8 years' and/or supervisory/management experience within an IT environment will be advantageous.
Key Performance Areas
- Apply a body of professional knowledge coupled with experience to develop and implement a full range of Business Improvement and business process reengineering recommendations within a department
- Effectively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct Information Technology business analysis using techniques for requirements gathering, functional decomposition, functional user interface design, entity relationship modelling, process improvement, technology assimilation, change management, and process modelling to identify opportunities for prompt business processes
- Communicate with fellow ICT professionals as well as internal and external clients to work on issues of common interest and/or to share information
- Draft reports and correspondence to facilitate the functioning of the branch, in order to affect accurate recording of professional work done in the branch
