This role is ideally suited to a top-performing sales professional with proven dealership success who aspires to move into a Sales Manager position within approximately six months, subject to performance, leadership ability, and achievement of agreed targets. The dealership consistently achieves 60 to 70 vehicle sales per month, offering excellent earning potential and a clear path to management. Important: Only candidates with current and stable pre-owned vehicle sales experience, a proven track record of achieving targets, and who live within 30 km of the West Rand will be considered. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets Build and maintain a strong customer base Source quality leads through various sales channels Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation Work closely with the F&I department to maximize deal profitability Assist in mentoring and supporting junior sales executives Demonstrate leadership qualities and readiness for future management responsibilities Contribute positively to dealership culture and overall team success Minimum Requirements: Must reside within a 30 km radius of the West Rand dealership Minimum 5 years' current and stable experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive Proven record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong customer relationships Strong knowledge of vehicle finance and sales processes Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Stable employment history with reputable dealerships Valid driver's licence Professional appearance and conduct Motor Industry experience Essential!
