Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or BTech in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Power Electronics.
- Master's Degree in Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in power electronics design and development.
- Proven experience developing DC-DC and AC-DC power conversion products from concept to production.
- Hands-on experience with Silicon Carbide (SiC) and/or Gallium Nitride (GaN) power devices.
- Demonstrated experience in control loop design, compensation, and stability analysis.
- Experience in renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging, industrial power supplies, or power conversion products.
- Experience working with high-power and high-voltage systems.
