- Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Production or Agriculture (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a packhouse / production / operations role (citrus).
- Proven experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of food safety, cold chain management, and HACCP principles
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Computer literate (Excel and Outlook)
- Valid driver's license

- Planning and organising staff
- Monitoring and improving productivity
- Quality Management. Understanding of local and internal quality standards
- Maintain good food, as well as, and health and safety standards in the facility
- Staff management
- Continuous improvement
- Building credible relationships internal and external to the company
