Detail: Minimum requirements: Matric and Relevant Qualifications 5 Years experience in operations management Knowledge of security sector is essential Work closely with other departments Familiar with setting KPI's and Personal Development Plans with team members CRM is essential Manage supplier relationships and negotiations DUTIES: Develop and implement the department's operational strategy, driving continuous process improvement and efficiency. Review and optimise operational systems, identifying opportunities to enhance performance and productivity. Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve processes, systems, and overall business performance. Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure operational and financial targets are achieved. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, setting KPIs and supporting employee development. Ensure projects and exhibitions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements to deliver exceptional value and service. Foster effective communication across stakeholders while promoting a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
