Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using  C#  and the  .NET  platform.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of new software solutions.

• Develop and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

• Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within project timelines.

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, maintainability, and security.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years' experience in software development using  C# ,  .NET , and  Microsoft SQL Server .

• Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications.

• Advanced SQL Server development skills, including performance tuning, stored procedures, and database design.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and systems integration.

• Proficiency with source control tools such as Git.

• Experience working within Agile development environments will be advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Package & Remuneration

R780 000 CTC to R1.1 Million CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
