Are you commercially minded, energetic and excited by the opportunity to grow customer accounts and win new business?
We’re looking for a sales and merchandising professional who understands retail and can take opportunities from first conversation through product development, sampling, quotations and order delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll
- Identify and approach prospective customers and retail buyers
- Build strong customer relationships and grow existing accounts
- Support product development, sampling and quotations
- Coordinate with factories and suppliers
- Manage customer orders and follow through to delivery
Desired Experience & Qualification
You’ll bring:Three to five years’ experience in sales, retail buying, merchandising, sourcing, product development or account management
A strong commercial mindset and confidence approaching new customers
High energy, initiative and persistence
Excellent organisation and follow-through
Tech confidence, including Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
Residence in Paarl or the surrounding area
Package & Remuneration
R35,000 plus commission
