Senior Manager Security Operations

Introduction

Area of specialization: Reporting to the General Manager office of the Group Executive, the Senior Manager Security will be responsible to formulate and direct the execution of an integrated security operations strategy aligned with the overall Eskom security function direction. Business Unit: Office of the Group Executive. Department: Security Management. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Formulate and lead the implementation of Eskom’s security operations and crime prevention strategy. • Manage the delivery of professional security services • Manage internal and external stakeholder relations. • Ensure security compliance and governance. • Manage security resources.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification(s): o   B Degree in Security Management/ Policing/ Law/ Forensic Investigations at a NQF7 level with 360 credits, or a o   B Tech in Security Management/ Policing/ Law/ Forensic Investigations at a NQF7 level with 360 credits, or a o   Advanced Diploma in Security Management/ Policing/ Law/ Forensic Investigations at a NQF7 level with 360 credits. Experience : o   10 Years senior security management experience. Professional Registration Body: o   Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) grade “A” or higher.
