- To lead Intersite's property portfolio by overseeing leasing governance, sales and brokerage channels, portfolio operations, and precinct-level service delivery to ensure commercial performance, regulatory compliance, and the sustainable optimization of property assets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Public Administration or a relevant professional qualification.
- A valid code 8 driver's license.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in property/ portfolio management, of which 3 years must be at management level.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Honours or Postgraduate Diploma NQF level 8 in Property Development/Infrastructure Finance/Urban Planning or MBA.
- Professional Membership Registration with PPRA, South African Facilities Management Association SAFMA or South African Property Owners Association SAPOA.
