Purpose of the Job: To ensure the development and execution of the FSCA's internal communication strategy to strengthen employee engagement, leadership visibility, strategic alignment, and change adoption. The role serves as a trusted adviser to senior executives and ensures employees understand the organisation's purpose, strategy, priorities, risks, and performance. The role includes managing internal communication, FSCA website, creative services, language and editing services, internal stakeholder engagement, and the performance reporting of the Communications department. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Communications. Key Performance Areas: •Developing and implementing operational communication plans aligned to the FSCA strategy and keyobjectives. •Managing internal communication, regulatory interventions, and sensitive organisational matters. •Leading communication on internal change management initiatives of the FSCA. •Developing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture. •Coordinating internal communication to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organisationalpriorities. •Managing the creative hub of the Communications department, including graphic design, web content,multimedia outputs, and internal digital campaigns. •Overseeing creative outputs, including graphic design, visual identity, reports, campaign material, infographics,and multimedia content. •Managing language, editing, translation, tone, and quality control of written communication. •Leading and developing the operational communications team, including the creative hub and language unit. •Ensuring that communication activities comply with governance, legal, regulatory, brand, and policyrequirements. •Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication activities using relevant performance indicator. Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and resilience. Excellent writing, editing, presentation and content development skills. Knowledge of crisis communication and rapid response planning. Understanding of digital and social media communication. Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear and accessible message.
