The successful candidate will be expected, among others to
- Provide input into and monitor the execution of the C-BRTA Human Resources Strategy.
- Lead and execute Human Resources Management Services to ensure end to end employee life cycle is effectively managed with sound HR principles.
- Performance Management: monitoring and ensuring that performance management is effectively implemented.
- Develop and implement the C-BRTA's Human Resources related policies and processes.
- Lead the development and execution of the talent management, employee wellness, organisational effectiveness and employee relations frameworks of the C-BRTA.
- Lead and manage all HR Projects.
- Oversee salary administration and payroll control.
- Plan and lead HR audit processes and mitigation B-BBEE, HR internal and other audits.
- Ensure HR compliance with all applicable legislation
- HR reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Supervision and management of the team.

Requirements
Formal Qualifications
- Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology or related field.
- Further qualification in HR and/or related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least ten 10 years in HR generalist or specialist role s with a minimum five 5 years' experience in generalist HR role managing people.
- Multiple sector/environments HR service delivery
- Experience/involvement in payroll processing is a very essential.
