• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports. • Perform detailed product costing and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment. • Work extensively with Bills of Materials (BOMs) , standard costs and production costing. • Analyse manufacturing variances, including material, labour and overhead variances. • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models. • Provide meaningful financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making. • Monitor production costs, margins and profitability. • Partner with production, procurement and operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Maintain accurate costing structures and financial master data. • Utilise SAP for financial, costing and management accounting processes. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance and manufacturing functions. Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Accounting .
- Professional management accounting qualification would be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant within an industrial/manufacturing environment .
- Strong practical experience with BOMs, product costing and manufacturing cost analysis .
- Solid budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
