• Matric • Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Sales, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous • 3 - 5 Years' experience in luxury retail sales • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets • Previous experience in premium or luxury retail • Previous supervisory, team-leading or senior sales experience is essential • Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control and merchandising • Experience managing high-value transactions and discerning clientele • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Computer literate • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays • Valid driver's license will be advantageous Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
