Minimum Requirements: Senior Lecturer
- PhD qualification within the Public Administration/Public Management/Development Management field.
- An underpinning Masters in Public Administration/Public Management/Development Management field.
- 4 years full-time lecturing experience in a Higher Education Environment
- Proven ability in lecturing Research Methodology at postgraduate level.
- Evidence of successful postgraduate supervision.
- Evidence of research output in DHET accredited journals.
- Knowledge and experience of the hybrid models of learning, teaching and assessment face-to-face and online.

- 2 years full-time lecturing experience in a Higher Education Environment
- Proven ability in lecturing Research Methodology at postgraduate level.
- Knowledge and experience of the hybrid models of learning, teaching and assessment face-to-face and online.
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
- Lecturing to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as research supervision of master's and doctoral students.
- Contributing toward academic initiatives undertaken by the department.
- Assessment and academic administration.
- Curriculum development and quality assurance.
- Building links with the industry, other training providers and all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting research and supervising research projects in the Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma programmes.
