MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Doctoral Degree in Human Movement Sciences, Sport Science, Exercise Science, Biokenitics or a closely related field
- At least 3 years' experience in higher education
- Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research experience
- Experience in clinical education coordination or clinical supervision of Human Movement Sciences students
- A record of accredited research publications commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer
- Postgraduate supervision experience including successful Masters/Doctoral supervision, commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer
ADDED ADVANTAGES
- A qualification in the assessment of learning at NQF Level 7/8, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Evidence of successful external fundraising for research.
- Evidence of supporting early career academics.
- Recognition in a chosen area of research e.g., NRF rating.
