Role Purpose Translate business strategy into enterprise leadership development programmes that strengthen leadership capability, improve leadership effectiveness, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise leadership development frameworks and learning architecture.
- Lead flagship leadership programmes aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executives, HR, and key stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Measure programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage learning vendors, budgets, governance, timelines, and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
- Honours or Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
- 812 years' experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness.
- Experience designing enterprise learning frameworks and working with senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and programme management experience.
