Requirements
- An appropriate recognized Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Labour Relations/ Labour Law/ Human Resource Management or relevant qualification plus at least 3 to 5 years of relevant supervisory experience, computer literacy and a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of relevant prescripts, legislation and regulations. Knowledge and understanding of Public Service legislation, Labour Relations Act and bargaining council processes. Ability to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to Plan and organise, Analytical, Report writing, Communication and interpersonal, Problem solving, Computer literacy, Analytical, Client orientated, Project management, Team leadership, Planning and organizing, People management.
Duties
- Ensure overall supervision and facilitate the provision of labour relations services. Facilitate collective bargaining and consultation at College level. Ensure overall supervision and facilitation of labour relations training.
- Ensure overall supervision and facilitation of grievance and dispute resolution. Facilitate the provision of labour relations and employee wellness related services. Ensure overall supervision and facilitate the provision of ethics and integrity management services.
