Minimum requirements
- LLB
- Admitted Attorney
- Minimum 5 Years' post-admission experience in Labour Matters
- Drafting of disciplinary policies, contract etc
- Chairing of disciplinary hearings
- CCMA Arbitration & litigation
- Drafting of Labour Court pleadings
- LLM in Labour Law advantageous
