KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise sample preparation (drying, crushing, pulverising, splitting) activities. • Perform routine analyses and support fire assay operations. • Monitor QA/QC compliance in sample preparation and analysis. • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and consumables stock levels. • Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians. • Enforce safety, dust control, and housekeeping standards
