KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise day-to-day analytical activities and shift teams. Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for PGM and base metal analysis. Monitor and enforce QA/QC protocols and investigate out-of-control results. Oversee calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
