- Curate tailored journeys across Southern Africa that are thoughtful, seamless and personal to each guest.
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of our destinations, properties, experiences and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams and trusted partners to deliver the experience promised to every guest.
- Collaborate closely with preferred partners to ensure they reflect the standards and experience expected from Belmond.
- Identify opportunities to enhance journeys while supporting commercial objectives
- Ensure guest preferences, requirements and operational information are communicated accurately and on time.
- Take ownership of issues as they arise and work collaboratively to achieve effective resolutions.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support, helping the team prioritise effectively and deliver consistently high standards.
- Manage quotations, reservations and travel arrangements accurately and efficiently.
- Support conversion of enquiries through timely follow-up and strong relationship management.
- Maintain an understanding of rates, availability and commercial considerations to support sound decision-making.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Significant experience in luxury travel, destination management, hospitality, safari operations or a related guest-focused environment.
- Proven experience designing and managing complex, tailor-made itineraries for discerning travellers.
- Strong knowledge of Southern Africa's destinations, lodges, experiences, logistics and travel networks.
- A genuine passion for travel and creating meaningful experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and reservation management capabilities
