An industry-leading organisation in the FMCG and distribution sector is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to play a strategic role in shaping business systems, leading digital transformation initiatives, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies across the business. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead complex business and systems projects from concept through implementation

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making

• Analyse business processes, systems, and datasets to uncover opportunities for optimisation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives and recommend innovative technologies

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and executive leadership

• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and change management

• Deliver data-driven insights that enable smarter business decisions

• Lead project teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

12-15 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related IT environments Strong experience delivering business and technology solutions across multiple projects Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience analysing complex business processes and large datasets Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders Relevant degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, Science, or a related field Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving business value

Bonus Points For

• FMCG, Distribution, or Supply Chain industry experience

• Software development exposure

• SQL and relational database knowledge

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

• Exposure to HTML5, C#, .NET, Blazor, Syspro, or Tableau

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation solutions
