Key Responsibilities
• Analyze potential investment opportunities and assess financial performance. • Perform detailed financial analysis and investment evaluations. • Build and review financial models and valuations. • Conduct due diligence on potential investments. • Analyze financial statements, business performance and investment returns. • Assist with investment committee materials, reports and presentations. • Monitor portfolio company performance and financial results. • Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions. • Work with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment process. Job Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification.
- Approximately 4 years of relevant private equity experience.
- Strong understanding of private equity and investment processes.
- Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and valuations.
- Exposure to due diligence and investment evaluation.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
