- Lead and execute complex, high-risk, and sensitive audit engagements from planning through reporting.
- Engage with management to assess risks, evaluate controls, and identify process improvement.
- Present audit findings to senior management and secure commitment to corrective actions.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports and obtain final approval from the Head of Corporate Audit Monitor and escalate overdue audit actions to ensure timely and sustainable implementation.
- Lead, coach, and develop audit teams, including international TRATON Group members.
- Promoting audit best practices Support risk assessments and develop the annual audit plan to ensure effective audit coverage.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Degree in business sciences or engineering or other qualification on the same level Possession of CIA, CISA certificates would be highly advantageous.

- Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
- Must be willing to travel, cross border and locally.
- Assertive and possess decision making skills.
- Good communication oral and written & interpersonal relations skills.
Experience
- Must have at least 4 – 5 years' work experience in Internal Audit.
