This opportunity is ideal for a passionate design professional with at least 5 years of interior design experience , strong technical drawing skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. Detail: Key Responsibilities Measure project sites and produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Prepare construction drawings, shopfitting sketches, shop drawings, and supporting technical documentation. Develop space planning layouts and functional interior solutions. Create innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, finish schedules, and colour palettes within project budgets. Specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, and décor items while compiling specification documents and project budgets. Source materials, finishes, furniture, and decorative items from suppliers. Present design concepts and proposals to clients and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects. Liaise with suppliers to stay informed on new products, materials, and industry trends. Conduct regular site visits, monitor project progress, and compile snag lists to ensure quality standards are achieved. Maintain and update the materials and sample library while researching new design trends and products. Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and quality expectations. Represent the organisation professionally in all client, supplier, and project interactions. Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities where required. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in commercial or corporate interiors. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit . Experience with SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and other 3D rendering software. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in space planning, technical drawings, furniture specifications, and construction documentation. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites. Key Competencies Strong creativity and passion for interior design. Excellent space planning and conceptual design abilities. Ability to produce hand sketches and communicate design concepts effectively. Strong understanding of colour, finishes, materials, and three-dimensional design. Excellent presentation and client communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
