A well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a Senior Project & Escalation Engineer to join its growing team. This role goes beyond day-to-day support, offering the opportunity to lead high-level infrastructure projects, drive technical improvements, mentor engineers, and help shape technical standards across the business. Detail: Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. Act as the senior technical escalation point for advanced technical issues. Drive improvements in automation, documentation, technical standards, and internal processes. Mentor and support the engineering team. Translate approved technical designs into structured project plans and successful implementations. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment. Strong technical skills in: Windows Server Virtualisation Networking Firewalls RMM platforms Scripting Backup & Disaster Recovery Proven track record of independently planning and delivering complex technical projects. Experience improving documentation, automation, or operational processes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
