Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions
• Develop and enhance identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
• Implement and manage authentication, authorisation, and access control solutions
• Deploy and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) technologies
• Develop identity governance processes, including access reviews, entitlement management, and certification activities
• Automate identity management workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor IAM environments for security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
• Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents and issues
• Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen identity security across the business

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications highly advantageous
• 5-7 years' experience in Identity and Access Management
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IAM design, architecture, or solution engineering
• Proven experience implementing identity governance and lifecycle management solutions
• Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Experience implementing and managing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory services
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle workflows, access reviews, and entitlement management
• PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities
• Experience working with Microsoft Gr
