Senior HubSpot Developer

Are you an experienced developer who enjoys building business-critical integrations, creating custom CRM solutions, and delivering high-quality technical projects?

We have a remote opportunity for a Senior HubSpot Developer to support a UK-based organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex HubSpot development projects, system integrations, and custom business applications while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple projects and client environments.

The successful candidate will combine strong software development expertise with hands-on HubSpot experience, taking ownership of solution design, development, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external business systems, including ERP, finance, membership, booking, and bespoke platforms.

• Build custom HubSpot functionality, including custom objects, custom-coded workflows, CRM cards, UI extensions, serverless functions, and private and public applications.

• Develop secure and scalable API solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication.

• Design and maintain data mapping, transformation, synchronisation, validation, and error-handling processes across multiple platforms.

• Deliver HubSpot CMS development, including custom modules, templates, themes, and HubL development where required.

• Scope, estimate, and deliver development projects within agreed timelines and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and support project delivery.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of developed solutions.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation to support development and support activities.
