This is an Exco-level appointment for a commercially sharp growth leader who knows how to turn product-led growth into predictable revenue. You won't be building from scratch alone — the team and foundations are in place. What's needed now is the strategic brain to own it. Detail: The opportunity in brief: You'll own the PLG strategy end-to-end — from trial acquisition and activation through to conversion, expansion, and retention. This is a rare chance to architect a freemium growth motion for a new product at a company with serious market presence and the runway to do it right. You're the right fit if you: Have 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS growth, with hands-on freemium or free trial PLG experience Understand how product experience drives revenue — not just awareness Are equally strong in performance marketing and sales enablement Can translate commercial strategy into measurable inbound pipeline Have led high-performance teams and are comfortable at Exco level The role sits across: PLG strategy | Demand generation | Product marketing | Revenue operations | Sales alignment Fully remote. South African citizens based in Johannesburg or Cape Town preferred but other major centres will be considered.
