This position is a 3-month fixed-term contrac t with the possibility of becoming permanent. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Lead group financial reporting, consolidations, and statutory reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Ensure IFRS compliance and maintain strong financial controls. Manage treasury, taxation, payroll, and shared services. Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external stakeholders. Drive financial process improvements and automation initiatives. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Minimum Requirements: CA(SA)/ CGMA (CIMA) 8 years' relevant finance experience, with at least 4–5 years in a management role.
