WBHO Construction Cape Town is seeking a confident, vibrant, and energetic individual to join our team as a Senior General Foreman for our Design and Construct projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate to grow within one of South Africa’s leading construction companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Skills
A comprehensive skill set in the holistic management of construction projects, including but not limited to

- Critical Thinking
- Appointments and management of sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes
- Creating construction programs using Excel
- Rdrive usage
- Invocom usage
- Must be able to draw up and manage a production matrix for teams
Desired Experience & Qualification
At least 20 years Site Foreman experience with 10 years of that in a senior role.
Must be able to draw up and manage a production matrix for teams
Experience in concrete works with high-end quality will be advantageous, especially pertaining to hospital builds, shopping centres and residential estates.

Proficient usage of computer software.
Understanding all aspects of the built environment.

Other Requirements
Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence
Willingness to travel and work away from home as required by project demands
