The role focuses on promoting relaxation, health, and wellbeing while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high hygiene and treatment standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Treatments and Services Provide spa and wellness treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy. Conduct consultations to determine guest needs and preferences. Recommend suitable wellness products and treatments. Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied during treatments. Customer Service Deliver excellent guest service and professional care. Handle guest enquiries and appointments. Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits. Manage guest complaints professionally. Hygiene and Safety Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas. Sterilise equipment and ensure safe treatment practices. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Administration Maintain treatment records and client information. Assist with stock control of spa products and supplies. Process bookings and payments when required. Sales and Promotion Promote spa packages, treatments, and wellness products. Assist in achieving spa sales targets and revenue goals. Detail: Minimum criteria required: International Diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO) or equivalent At least 1 year of prior working experience in similar position at a 5-star Lodge/Hotel Competencies Required: High level of competency in spoken and written English Good working knowledge of GAAP and MS Excel Good selling skills Sober habits Driver's license preferable Ability to deal with guests and solve problems Good knowledge of Guest Relations and Front Office show more...
