Our client is an innovation‑driven technology firm seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their on‑site team in Sandton. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade systems that support automation, analytics, and operational platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor other developers while remaining hands‑on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide developers across projects and technical tasks

• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design

• Build scalable, reliable front‑end and back‑end applications

• Develop and integrate APIs and system components

• Optimise performance, ensure security, and handle edge‑cases

• Deploy and maintain applications across multiple environments

• Promote clean code and engineering best practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 7+ years' software development experience

• Strong experience in:

• Front‑End: Razor, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, UI libraries (e.g., Syncfusion and Telerik), and Tailwind

• Back‑End: ASP.NET Core, C#, LINQ, APIs, ORMs, and SOLID principles

• Architecture: Clean Architecture, Microservices, CQRS, Event‑driven, and Modular/Monolithic patterns

• Other: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL

• Experience in architectural decision‑making

• Ability to mentor team members
