Job Description
My client is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Python Developer to drive architecture, lead complex technical initiatives, and mentor a growing engineering team. You'll have a direct impact on technology decisions, platform evolution, and engineering excellence.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Python development
- Advanced React, Angular, or Vue knowledge
- System architecture and solution design experience
- Building scalable APIs and distributed systems
- PostgreSQL performance tuning and database design
- Cloud and containerisation experience
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Honours degree advantageous
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, or security certifications highly beneficial
- Proven experience leading technical projects and development teams
