As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This is a senior technical leadership role that goes beyond software development, providing the opportunity to influence architecture, technical strategy, engineering standards and the continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on development capability with architectural thinking, technical leadership and mentorship. Duties & Responsibilities

Senior Full-Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale web, mobile and cloud-based applications.

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, .NET MAUI and SQL Server .

• Develop secure, scalable and resilient RESTful APIs and integration services.

• Make strategic technology decisions considering scalability, security, performance, maintainability and cost.

• Drive the modernisation of existing applications and reduction of technical debt.

• Review and optimise system performance, reliability and maintainability.

• Promote high-quality coding standards, automated testing and effective code review practices.

• Drive cloud adoption, DevOps practices, monitoring, observability and operational excellence.

• Support critical production environments and assist with complex technical issue resolution.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and other teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Provide technical input into product roadmaps and strategic technology planning.

• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate developers while promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• 10 years' professional experience in Full-Stack Software Development, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• C#

• .NET / ASP.NET Core / WPF

• Angular

• RESTful APIs and system integrations

• SQL Server, including optimisation and performance tuning

• .NET MAUI

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS applications.

• Strong software architecture and solution-design experience.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and influencing engineering direction.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Advanced proficiency with Git and tools such as Bitbucket, Azure DevOps and Jira.

• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, validation, state management and testing frameworks.

• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in production environments.

• Proven experience mentoring and developing software developers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Honours Degree or postgraduate qualification.

• AWS Cloud certification.

• TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, DevOps, Security or Architecture certifications.

• Experience with cloud adoption, optimisation and modern DevOps practices.
