About Our Client
Our client develops enterprise-scale web applications using Angular and Java-based services. The team operates within an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
The Role: Senior Frontend Developer (Java + Angular)
This role exists to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular while collaborating with backend teams working on Java-based services. It contributes to the business by delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions and ensuring application performance and stability. Main focus areas include solution architecture, frontend development, REST API integration, code reviews, and technical leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Apply 5+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of hands-on Angular development experience to develop and maintain Angular applications and reusable UI components.
Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Integrate frontend solutions with REST APIs and Java/Spring Boot services.
Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing, security, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
About You
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of hands-on Angular development experience.
Proven experience working with enterprise-scale web applications.
Essential technical proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Git, and Agile/Scrum.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail and quality, leadership and mentoring capability, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Advantageous experience with Angular Material, NgRx, Docker & Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and OAuth2/JWT Authentication.
