• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of software development experience • 3+ years of commercial Flutter and Dart development experience • Strong experience building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android • Solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations • Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider • Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills "The city doesn't need another superhero.
