Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede

• Manage and oversee multi-storey concrete structures, including setting out, vertical controls of high-rise buildings, and quality control.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of all wet trades and general knowledge of specialist trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related services.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with subcontractors and the labour force.

• Monitor on-site safety and ensure compliance with the OHS Act and company safety standards.

• Bestuur en hou toesig oor multi-verdieping betonstrukture, insluitend uitsetting, vertikale beheer van hoë geboue en gehaltebeheer.

• Pas omvattende kennis van alle nat ambagte toe, asook algemene kennis van spesialisambagte, insluitend elektriese, loodgieterswerk, HVAC en verwante dienste.

• Handhaaf effektiewe kommunikasie en koördinering met subkontrakteurs en die arbeidsmag.

• Monitor veiligheid op die terrein en verseker nakoming van die OHS-wet en maatskappy se veiligheidstandaarde.

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

• Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous.

• Minimum 7 years experienc in a similar role.

• Must have experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Vertical Controls of High Rise Buildings and Quality Control.

• Full knowledge of all wet trades.

• General Knowledge on all Specialist Trades such as Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.

• Good Communication Skills.

• Na-Matriek industrie-kwalifikasies, sertifikate en NQF-verwante (bou/konstruksie) opleiding sal ’n voordeel wees.

• Minimum 7 jaar ondervinding in ’n soortgelyke rol.

• Moet ondervinding hê in multi-verdieping betonstrukture, uitsetting en vertikale beheer van hoë geboue, asook gehaltebeheer.

• Volledige kennis van alle nat ambagte.

• Algemene kennis van alle spesialisambagte soos elektriese, loodgieterswerk en HVAC.

• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede.
