The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial function of the organisation, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This is a senior-level position suited to an individual with strong financial management experience who is confident managing a finance team and supporting the financial operations of multiple branches or entities. Detail: Description: Oversee and manage the organisation's overall financial function. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning. Monitor financial performance and provide management with meaningful financial insights and recommendations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure compliance with South African tax, payroll, and statutory requirements. Manage and support the finance team, including performance management, mentoring, and development. Oversee the financial requirements of multiple branches, business units, or entities. Assist with financial planning and strategic decision-making. Monitor internal financial controls and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies. Liaise with external auditors, SARS, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders when required. Ensure accounting systems and financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Provide financial support and guidance to senior management. Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Management Minimum 3 years' senior financial management experience Experience with management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management Strong knowledge of South African tax, payroll and statutory requirements Experience managing a finance team and supporting multiple branches or entities Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting-system (Sage 200/Evolution) skills A professional designation through SAIPA, SAICA or CIMA will be advantageous Afrikaans and English speaking preferred Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
