We're partnering with an established automotive business seeking a structured, hands-on finance professional to lead a key finance operations function. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll oversee the debtors and creditors team, strengthen financial controls, drive reporting accuracy and identify opportunities to improve processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a successful business, with genuine scope to take on broader responsibilities as the business expands. Detail: Minimum requirements: CA(SA), CIMA or a relevant finance qualification. Experience leading a finance operations function within a high-volume environment. Strong working capital, reconciliations and financial controls experience. Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable). Experience leading or mentoring a finance team. Autoline experience would be advantageous.
