Job Description

Lead financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Drive cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management
Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Provide commercial insight into pricing, stock, procurement, and operational performance
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that give leadership clear visibility of performance
Maintain strong financial controls across cash, debtors, creditors, payroll, banking, and stock
Manage statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Partner with IT, data, and operations teams to introduce smarter, technology-enabled ways of working, including AI-driven insights
Challenge the numbers, validate the insights, and turn them into practical business actions

Minimum 8+ years experience in a senior finance role
Strong management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow experience
Solid commercial and operational finance exposure
Proven leadership and team-development capability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with technology, data, and AI-enabled tools
Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of the bigger business picture
