• Driving business performance through strategic financial analysis and commercial insights • Leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, and target-setting processes • Providing financial guidance and decision-support to senior leadership teams • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles • Developing executive reporting packs, board presentations, and performance commentary • Leading performance management initiatives to drive growth and profitability • Identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to achieve financial targets • Partnering with business leaders on resource allocation and long-term strategic planning • Driving finance transformation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team while supporting talent growth and succession planning • Overseeing overhead management, forecasting, controls, and cost optimisation initiatives Skills & Experience:
• Proven success in senior finance leadership and business partnering roles • Strong experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making • Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving ability • Experience operating within large, complex, and fast-paced organisations • Strong project management and change management capabilities • Advanced financial systems knowledge and reporting expertise • Exceptional communication and leadership skills Qualification:
- CA (SA) OR CIMA (non-negotiable)
