Job Description

Provide financial leadership through in-depth analysis, strategic recommendations, and actionable business insights
Work closely with executive teams on goal setting, investment priorities, and future growth strategies
Manage periodic financial reporting requirements for both local and international leadership teams
Compile executive dashboards, management reports, financial reviews, and performance summaries
Take responsibility for the annual budget cycle, forecasting activities, and strategic planning processes
Enable informed commercial decisions through scenario modelling, profitability assessments, and pricing evaluations
Identify opportunities to enhance margins while proactively addressing business risks and financial challenges
Partner with business units, regional leadership, and global counterparts to ensure delivery of key financial objectives
Champion performance monitoring frameworks and implement initiatives that strengthen financial effectiveness
Manage cost optimisation programmes and expenditure governance across the organisation
Spearhead system enhancements, reporting efficiencies, and finance technology improvement initiatives
Develop and inspire finance teams through coaching, succession planning, and a results-focused environment

At least 12-15 years' of broad finance experience gained across various functional areas
Exposure to consumer goods industry in the last 2-3 years
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with key business stakeholders
Track record of effectively engaging with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Deep knowledge of financial planning, management reporting, forecasting, and business performance evaluation
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business results
Background working within large, matrixed, or internationally focused organisations
Well-developed leadership, transformation, and programme delivery capabilities
High proficiency in SAP and advanced spreadsheet modelling
