You will also champion finance transformation initiatives, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing Finance Excellence Team.

In line with the company's relocation policy, relocation support will be provided should the successful candidate need to relocate from another province within South Africa.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the Finance Excellence Team (FET) and drive a high-performance culture.
- Partner with senior business leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Drive business performance through robust financial planning, analytics, and business partnering.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Champion finance transformation initiatives, process optimisation, automation, and digital innovation.
- Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, and risk management across the business.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) or CIMA.
- Approximately 1215 years of progressive finance leadership experience within a multinational environment.
- Strong strategic and enterprise-level experience within the FMCG industry is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business performance management.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and developing talent.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
