Design and implement advanced underground blasting techniques, incorporating optimization strategies based on industry best practices to maximize performance and efficiency. Support internal stakeholders with expert advice on opencast blasting applications, maintaining deep product knowledge and awareness of updates, innovations, and relevant industry regulations. Deliver technical guidance on the appropriate use of explosive products across varying site conditions and project scopes to ensure safety, compliance, and performance. Differentiate the company’s offerings by collaborating directly with customers to understand their priorities, identify pain points, and co-create high-value, tailored solutions. Analyse competitor offerings to identify market gaps, and proactively develop value-added services and innovations that enhance customer outcomes and loyalty. Collaborate with the Research & Development team to uphold product quality and assurance by defining quality criteria, supporting testing protocols, implementing control measures, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives
