This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving engineering governance, configuration management, product lifecycle management and continuous improvement across complex engineering programmes. Detail: Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the Engineering Support Functions team - Drive engineering governance, configuration management and product lifecycle processes - Oversee engineering change management and technical review processes - Develop and improve product safety and FMEA methodologies - Establish engineering systems, standards and best practices - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain and Project teams - Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering support functions Requirements - BEng Degree, Chemical Engineering preferred - Minimum 7 years experience within a complex engineering development environment - Strong experience with Configuration Management and Product Lifecycle Management - Experience implementing engineering systems, standards and governance processes - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - Systems Engineering and Project Management experience advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to shape engineering governance within a highly technical manufacturing environment. show more...
