- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience within the construction, infrastructure, mining, geotechnical, or related technical industries.
- Must have proven experience managing full Profit and Loss P&L accountability, including commercial and operational performance.
- Must have a strong track record in business development and expanding market presence.
- Must have experience managing operations, projects, or business activities across multiple African markets.
- Must have exceptional commercial acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally.
