Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Start Date: 2026-08-13 - 2026-09-11 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB002789 Sectors: Engineering Location: Gauteng , JHB - All Areas Salary: R1.2 mil - Negotiable depending on experience Annually Cost To Company (Benefits, Market related, Negotiable) Brief: electrical engineer The role requires a technically strong professional capable of ensuring that all electrical systems are designed, implemented, and commissioned in accordance with regulatory requirements and best engineering practices, particularly within mining and heavy industrial environments Detail: A Senior Electrical Engineer (PrEng-ECSA ) is urgently required to lead the planning, direction, and coordination of statutory and regulatory compliance processes throughout the design and commissioning phases of EPCM projects. Qualification: BSc / BEng in Electrical Engineering - PrEng ECSA Registration is required Minimum of 10 years operational and design experience Health and Safety Act ( MHSA ) Legal Liability, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Electrical Control & Instrumentation engineering, including: Motor Control Centre (MCC) design and configuration Equipment specification and technical evaluation Electrical distribution and control system design Detailed design drawings and layout development EPCM project execution within mining operations Operational support and plant troubleshooting Previous experience and open to travel to various project sites locally and SADEC / Africa Proven track record in delivering technically sound, compliant, and cost-effective solutions across multidisciplinary mining projects from concept through commissioning. show more...
